General Rules:

Staff members have the final say on all rules.

Follow our general server rules and ALWAYS use common sense.

Attempts at loop-holing server rules will result in harsh punishment.

Golden Rule: Always use common sense and don’t be a minge.

  1. Prop abusing and/or prop minging (prop surfing, prop killing, prop climbing, prop blocking, etc) is not allowed.
  2. Having “no intent to rp” or NITRP will result in a ban.
  3. You do not need to advert; mug, raid or kidnap.
  4. No-colliding and/or placing cameras/props into another player’s base is not allowed.
  5. No AFK auto clickers or macros, etc. (AFK grinding.)

  8. PowerGaming in any way is prohibited.
  9. No Cop baiting. Cop baiting is defined as intentionally baiting the police to get into a situation with them.
  10. Mic spam is not allowed. This includes voice changers, playing music out of your mic, etc. ( Playing music while in a car is allowed but not allowed if admins conster it mic spam)
  11. No suicide to avoid RP.
  12. Protests may only be held for actual reasons, not for police brutality, etc.
  13. After a major crime, there is a 30-minute server-wide cooldown.
  14. You may not use ammo boxes as bombs.
  15. When EMS is active, you may not respawn, (this only applies when EMS is actively advertising “EMS is online”.)
  16. Racism is not allowed unless it is being used as RP.
  17. Do not advertise other servers and/or communities.
  18. The use of racial slurs/discriminatory behavior is NOT allowed in Out of Character Chat (OOC).
  19. Anyone caught engaging in “Sexual Harassment” will suffer the consequences of a 1-week ban and also removal from all of our discords.
  20. Spamming in any form is not allowed.
  21. You cannot impersonate staff members
  22. Police may barricade or close roads (build inroads). Civilians may not unless given permission by an Admin Manager +.
  23. Use common sense when setting prices for items, staff members have the final say on whether or not an item is too expensive.

Vehicle Rules

  • Animals may not operate motor vehicles AT ALL.
  • Purposely driving down the wrong side of the road is car minge.
  • Boats must stay in the water.
  • No using the material tool on vehicles. (color is okay, no invisible vehicles or semi invisible.)
  • No welding props or keypads to vehicles.
  • If you crash your vehicle going at a decent speed (>15 mph/ 25 KPH) you MUST stop and roleplay your accident.
  • Police do not always have to roleplay their crashes due to vehicles having push bars.
  • You may not only steal government vehicles if they are unlocked with no officials around
  • You cannot take off from a police traffic stop without a valid RP reason.
  • You may not apply the material tool to your vehicle.
  • You cannot use the color tool on your vehicle anywhere other than the GM parking lot.
  • You cannot customize your vehicle in a way that constitutes FailRP.
  • You may not weld or attach props to your vehicle.
  • You may attach ropes to your vehicles ONLY for legitimate RP reasons.
  • You may play music out of your microphone inside a vehicle and consider it a radio.
  • If your vehicle is stuck, you must call for a tow truck or an admin. You cannot physgun it yourself. If an admin does not respond within two minutes, you may then physgun it.

Roleplay Rules:

When raiding, you must follow these rules:

  • Stealing armor/health from PD counts as a PD raid.
  • JailBreaks Count as PD raids.
  • Once the raid is over you must leave the base, you cannot raid the same base until 30-minutes have passed.
  • When you die while defending your base, you cannot come back before the raiders leave. (Does not apply to PD raid)
  • Raids can only last up to 10 minutes, once a raid has reached this time limit, it is over and the raider(s) must leave.
  • Megabase raids can last up to 30 minutes, once a raid has reached the time limit, it is over and the raider(s) must leave.
  • You may raid the PD, or do a PD take-over in an attempt to kill the Mayor or to break out a member of your organization. You’re not allowed to follow and kill government officials. You must stay inside or in front of the doors at PD.
  • The PD may only be raided/taken over once every 40 minutes.
  • There must be 8+ Government Officials online to PD Raid.
  • You cannot block cameras with props while raiding.
  • If you raid a store and purchase items and leave them on the ground and die before you can open your package, the owner(s) of the base may keep them inside and sell them back to the player or keep them.
  • When a person in a clan/gang raids a base that clan/gang cannot raid that same base for 30 minutes.
  • You must be inside the bank or on bank property to commit a bank raid, this includes all members of your party as well.
  • There must be 4 police officers on to take a hostage
  • There must be 6 police officers to take a police officer hostage/rob the bank

Counter Raiding Rules:

  • A counter raid is a raid on a base that is already being raided by others. During a counter raid, you must follow all of the raiding rules. Counter raiding just to kill the player(s) who initiated the first raid is considered RDM for each person you kill.
  • When Counter Raiding you must make every attempt to steal/destroy all of the raidables.
  • You may only counter raid when the raid solely involves you or your clan/family.
  • You can not assist officers with raiding people’s bases

When mugging, you must follow these rules:

  • Max Mug: $10,000
  • You must give the victim 5 seconds to respond
  • You may kill them if they try to shoot you, run away, or do not comply with your demands AFTER 5 seconds
  • You may not mug more than 1 person every 10 minutes
  • Government officials cannot be mugged
  • You cannot mug the same person within 10 minutes

When kidnapping, you must follow these rules:

  • You may charge a ransom for a victim’s release
  • Max Ransom: $50,000 per hostage
  • You may only hold someone for up to 15-minutes
  • If it reaches the max kidnap time, and no one has paid ransom, you must let them go
  • Upon receiving your demands, you MUST release the hostage and no harm may come to him/her.
  • When striping an officer of guns/comms, they have up to 5 seconds to push their “panic button” and give a location.
  • You may not give any unreasonable or ridiculous requests to police during negotiations.
  • If officers deem a demand unreasonable you must comply and suggest a different one.
  • You may not demand officers/swat to de-gear.
  • If police decide to call off negotiations for any reason, they may do so
  • Maximum of 3 hostages!!!

When stealing items, you must follow these rules:

  • You may only steal items that are NOT in spawn
  • Players caught stealing in spawn will be punished accordingly
  • You may not steal from someone who is noticeably AFK.
  • You may not steal from someone in an admin sit.

When Robbing the bank, you must follow these rules:

  • Maximum of 6 robbers.
  • Robbers can take a hostage.

Families rules:

  • Families must not create a harmful environment for other players.
  • Group raids can last up to 10 minutes on a base and 30 minutes on a megabase and must have a cooldown of 20 minutes.
  • If one member of your Family raids someone, the entire family must wait for the cooldown.
  • Families may not use hostile tactics to recruit new members, like targeting someone till they join the Family to avoid being targeted.
  • Families must have their initials in their name and may not change names to circumvent other rules.
  • No Families in Government.
  • Any Families suspected of breaking any of these rules will be examined and fully reviewed by the Head Admin team.
  • You may KOS a police officer arresting a member of your family
  • Families cannot defend multiple bases
  • Family members can break other Family members out of cuffs when being arrested and they do not have to have been in the situation

Initiation Rules

  • You must have a reason to commit an act of aggression towards another player.
  • The action you commit, when initiating a gunfight, must represent a reasonable action that would be taken by a person in real life. (Initiation)
  • The scenarios below explain the exceptions of when you do not need to initiate. In all other situations, YOU HAVE TO INITIATE VERBALLY.
  • The following situations are EXCEPTIONS to the initiation rule:
  • Any sort of physical assault on you, any physical damage towards property owned by you, or a friend, is considered initiation. (This does not include someone crashing into your vehicle. If someone crashes into you, you are required to initiate.)
  • Verbal abuse, unless escalated, is not initiation. However, if you repeatedly tell them to stop and give them fair warning, that is considered initiation.
  • Self-defense does not require initiation. Self-defense is defined as harm to yourself or your interests.
  • In order for someone to be considered your “friend”, you must display your affiliation in your name. (I.E. gang tags or family names.)

Blacklisted bases:

  • Blackout bases
  • Bases that are seamless, and no sense of direction
  • Hit-box abusing
  • Bases designed to exploit the hitbox system to gain an advantage over players
  • Obstacle bases
  • Mazes
  • Drop / pit bases
  • Bases designed to trap players upon attempting to raid
  • Killboxes
  • Bases designed where you can shoot them, and they can’t shoot back.

LTAP Rules

  1. LTAP (leaving to avoid punishment) is not allowed.
  2. LTAP can take place in the form of Admin LTAP and Roleplay LTAP.
  3. Admin LTAP is when you are in a sit with a staff member and you disconnect from the game to avoid punishments.
  4. Roleplay LTAP is when you are in a roleplay situation (getting arrested, traffic stop, etc.) and you disconnect from the server or switch jobs.
  5. Admin LTAP will result in a 4-day ban and RP LTAP will result in a 3-day ban.

Textscreen rules:

  • Placing a text screen on a building you don’t own or in public is considered vandalism and makes you AOS.
  • Players that are building may place a “building/under construction” sign, disallowing other players from their base, however, please note:
  • To have this sign, you must not have any sort of items and/or entities within your base such as shipments, printers, drugs, weapons, etc.
  • Typical base rules firmly apply when the base has valuables.
  • You must be actively building a base and once you are finished, you must remove the building sign.
  • No spamming of racist or discriminatory terms or slurs.
  • Textscreens Must be on a wall or something realistic that can hold it
  • You may not have KOS signs that explicitly say “KOS”, Please specify.
  • Floating signs are not allowed.
  • You are not allowed to have a building sign with KOS on it.

Misc. Rules:

Note: Merchants cannot Raid or Mug!

Gun Dealer/Black Market Dealer/vape salesman/music salesman/bank manager

  • You must own a shop or base
  • You are allowed to base with other criminals but you must have an accessible way for people to buy items
  • You must own the donator tier in order to sell the items of that donator tier
  • You are not allowed to self supply, you may only arm yourself to protect yourself and your shop [Applies for All Merchant Rules]
  • You’re allowed to make cosmetic changes to your building outside of your structure as an attraction to your base.
  • Merchants can have small shacks on the sidewalk.
  • The first bank manager to put their names on the bank own it.
  • Bank managers may hire security guards and other managers, switching to the job does not mean you are automatically hired.
  • You cannot customers.
  • You may not kidnap customers.
  • Selling of blacklisted weapons/weapons (i.e- LMG’s explosives, or any weapons that aren’t available by conventional means) is forbidden

Roleplay Guidelines

FearRP (fear roleplay)

  1. You must fear for your life at all times.
  2. You must surrender when held at gunpoint. Running when at gunpoint constitutes a break of FearRP.
  3. Tasers do not enact FearRP.
  4. Fear RP does not always apply in vehicles. (Example 1.) If the vehicle is stationary or moving slow fear RP applies. (Example 2.) If the vehicle is driving down the road at a normal to high rate of speed fear RP does not apply. (this does not mean you can take off while in a vehicle and under fear RP.)
  5. Guns and knives constitute FearRP, however, knives must be kept within stabbing range.
  6. Even if a weapon is not directly aimed at you, you still fall under FearRP.
  7. Within a group of people, if someone points a gun at the group, everyone must follow FearRP. Ex. an officer arrives on scene with a group of three people and draws a weapon, the three cannot run and must surrender.
  8. You may not use/take out any items while under FearRP.
  9. If you have an actual reasonable suspicion that the person will kill you, you may flee. However, you must know that a person can and will kill you if you decide to flee, so you must take appropriate actions to ensure that you will not die to the best of your abilities, for example, if you are a hostage in the bank and you hear the perpetrators discussing that they will kill you if you see an opportunity to escape to safety you may do so
  10. If you break visual contact with the person FearRP is no longer enacted.
  11. FearRP is only able to be enacted within the voice range.
  12. If you are inside a vehicle and moving at a decent speed (>15 mph) you do not have to abide by FearRP.
  13. If you are being held under FearRP and you get harmed, FearRP is broken and you may flee/retaliate as long as it does not constitute FailRP.
  14. RDM (random death match) is not allowed

RDM (random deathmatch)

  1. You must have a legitimate RP reason to kill someone.
  2. See Initiation Rules for more info.

FailRP (fail roleplay)

  1. FailRP is when you commit an act that breaks the roleplay of the current situation in an incorrect way. This can be done so by failing to RP crashes, shooting underwater, etc.)

NLR (new life rule)

  1. Breaking NLR is not tolerated.
  2. Police and law enforcement/government officials have a 2-minute NLR time when responding to calls, while regular players have a 3-minute NLR time.
  3. All players including government officials must wait 5 minutes when returning to defend against a raid.
  4. NLR also includes revenge killing, arresting, etc.
  5. If during a raid or attack, you die and respawn in the same area, you must put your hands up and remain in a corner. You may not reenter RP until your NLR is up.
  6. However, if someone re-enacts RP on you, ex. Shooting you, you may then prematurely re-enter RP.

Bloods, Crips, Outfit, Cult, Rules:

  • Gang wars may only occur every hour, by gang leaders ONLY.
  • Gangs are not KOS to other gangs unless in a gang war.
  • Cultists may make a church and sacrifice a singular person every half an hour.
  • Gangs may not affiliate nor truce with other gangs nor non gang members. (civs, cops, etc.)
  • Abuse of any gang related job will result in a permanent blacklist of said job.

Props and Building Rules:

General Building Rules:

  • You may only base in 1 structure
  • In order to defend/base in a base, your name must be on the front door
  • You may have a maximum of 4 fading doors per base
  • Fading windows do not apply to the maximum count of fading doors.
  • You may NOT no-collide one ways to give you an advantage in shooting (ex: Walking through one ways to shoot and go back)
  • Any use of one way props that loopholes the view only rule is NOT allowed.
  • World Glow/glow color effect is NOT allowed at all
  • You may Honeycomb a door that is not the main entrance, but it can not be double stacked and the player has to be able to stand inside of it.
  • Forcing someone to jump or crouch in any way or is PROHIBITED
  • You may NOT stack props together to prevent/disallow blowtorching your base
  • One way props that allow players to see one way and not the other is allowed for shooting holes and viewing holes.
  • You may not combine one way props with any props that can be shot through as a part of your shooting holes.
  • Example: Having the storefront bars to see their legs and a fence as a shooting hole.
  • Skybasing is forbidden
  • Every fading door must have a corresponding button/keypad visible from and next to the door it operates
  • Maximum of 2 buttons OR keypads per fading door
  • No fake keypads
  • You are NOT allowed to attempt to hide or conceal any keypads or buttons
  • Keypads must have a hold length of 5 seconds for fading doors
  • Keypads may not have initial delay
  • All bases must be supported from the ground to the bottom of the base and attached to a building that is grounded.
  • You may only build in your base
  • When purchasing the entirety of a hotel/apartment, you must own all the doors, and have entities in that building.
  • Fading-door abuse is prohibited
  • Abusing the use of your fading door bind to open and close a fading door during a raid, or in an RP situation.
  • You are not allowed to build during an active raid on your base, you must wait for the raid to be called over.
  • ONLY bankers and those authorised may build inside the bank area.
  • All bases are allowed as long as they are supported by a pre-existing building or a large structural support prop.
  • If all doors of a base are unowned but there is an obvious base built with printers you cannot ask for the base to be removed and for you to take over it.
  • No invisible Props at all.*
  • You may not block of any NPC’s. (mining ores and meth drop-offs are considered NPCs)

  • Sheriff/Swat Chief can build checkpoints leaving city and at PD. Sheriff/Swat Chief/President are the only ones allowed to build on the second floor in PD and not on the main floor

Hitman Rules:

  • Upon a person buying a hit on someone you must advert “Hit Accepted”.
  • Hitmen do not have to initiate at ALL. However they must make sure not to metagame
  • Upon a successful hit, you must advert “Hit Complete”.
  • Hitmen can also do odd jobs as well, such as transporting illegals to a dropoff, or distracting the police.

  • You may kill them if they try to shoot you, run away, or do not comply with your demands AFTER 5 seconds
  • You may not mug more than 1 person every 10 minutes
  • Government officials cannot be mugged
  • You cannot mug the same person within 10 minutes

When kidnapping, you must follow these rules:

  • You may charge a ransom for a victim’s release
  • Max Ransom: $50,000 per hostage
  • You may only hold someone for up to 15-minutes
  • If it reaches the max kidnap time, and no one has paid ransom, you must let them go
  • Upon receiving your demands, you MUST release the hostage and no harm may come to him/her.
  • When striping an officer of guns/comms, they have up to 5 seconds to push their “panic button” and give a location.
  • You may not give any unreasonable or ridiculous requests to police during negotiations.
  • If officers deem a demand unreasonable you must comply and suggest a different one.
  • You may not demand officers/swat to de-gear.
  • If police decide to call off negotiations for any reason, they may do so
  • Maximum of 3 hostages!!!

When stealing items, you must follow these rules:

  • You may only steal items that are NOT in spawn
  • Players caught stealing in spawn will be punished accordingly
  • You may not steal from someone who is noticeably AFK.
  • You may not steal from someone in an admin sit.

When Robbing the bank, you must follow these rules:

  • Maximum of 6 robbers.
  • Robbers can take a hostage.

Families rules:

  • Families must not create a harmful environment for other players.
  • Group raids can last up to 10 minutes on a base and 30 minutes on a megabase and must have a cooldown of 20 minutes.
  • If one member of your Family raids someone, the entire family must wait for the cooldown.
  • Families may not use hostile tactics to recruit new members, like targeting someone till they join the Family to avoid being targeted.
  • Families must have their initials in their name and may not change names to circumvent other rules.
  • No Families in Government.
  • Any Families suspected of breaking any of these rules will be examined and fully reviewed by the Head Admin team.
  • You may KOS a police officer arresting a member of your family
  • Families cannot defend multiple bases
  • Family members can break other Family members out of cuffs when being arrested and they do not have to have been in the situation

Initiation Rules

  • You must have a reason to commit an act of aggression towards another player.
  • The action you commit, when initiating a gunfight, must represent a reasonable action that would be taken by a person in real life. (Initiation)
  • The scenarios below explain the exceptions of when you do not need to initiate. In all other situations, YOU HAVE TO INITIATE VERBALLY.
  • The following situations are EXCEPTIONS to the initiation rule:
  • Any sort of physical assault on you, any physical damage towards property owned by you, or a friend, is considered initiation. (This does not include someone crashing into your vehicle. If someone crashes into you, you are required to initiate.)
  • Verbal abuse, unless escalated, is not initiation. However, if you repeatedly tell them to stop and give them fair warning, that is considered initiation.
  • Self-defense does not require initiation. Self-defense is defined as harm to yourself or your interests.
  • In order for someone to be considered your “friend”, you must display your affiliation in your name. (I.E. gang tags or family names.)

Blacklisted bases:

  • Blackout bases
  • Bases that are seamless, and no sense of direction
  • Hit-box abusing
  • Bases designed to exploit the hitbox system to gain an advantage over players
  • Obstacle bases
  • Mazes
  • Drop / pit bases
  • Bases designed to trap players upon attempting to raid
  • Killboxes
  • Bases designed where you can shoot them, and they can’t shoot back.

LTAP Rules

  1. LTAP (leaving to avoid punishment) is not allowed.
  2. LTAP can take place in the form of Admin LTAP and Roleplay LTAP.
  3. Admin LTAP is when you are in a sit with a staff member and you disconnect from the game to avoid punishments.
  4. Roleplay LTAP is when you are in a roleplay situation (getting arrested, traffic stop, etc.) and you disconnect from the server or switch jobs.
  5. Admin LTAP will result in a 4-day ban and RP LTAP will result in a 3-day ban.

Textscreen rules:

  • Placing a text screen on a building you don’t own or in public is considered vandalism and makes you AOS.
  • Players that are building may place a “building/under construction” sign, disallowing other players from their base, however, please note:
  • To have this sign, you must not have any sort of items and/or entities within your base such as shipments, printers, drugs, weapons, etc.
  • Typical base rules firmly apply when the base has valuables.
  • You must be actively building a base and once you are finished, you must remove the building sign.
  • No spamming of racist or discriminatory terms or slurs.
  • Textscreens Must be on a wall or something realistic that can hold it
  • You may not have KOS signs that explicitly say “KOS”, Please specify.
  • Floating signs are not allowed.
  • You are not allowed to have a building sign with KOS on it.

Misc. Rules:

Note: Merchants cannot Raid or Mug!

Gun Dealer/Black Market Dealer/vape salesman/music salesman/bank manager

  • You must own a shop or base
  • You are allowed to base with other criminals but you must have an accessible way for people to buy items
  • You must own the donator tier in order to sell the items of that donator tier
  • You are not allowed to self supply, you may only arm yourself to protect yourself and your shop [Applies for All Merchant Rules]
  • You’re allowed to make cosmetic changes to your building outside of your structure as an attraction to your base.
  • Merchants can have small shacks on the sidewalk.
  • The first bank manager to put their names on the bank own it.
  • Bank managers may hire security guards and other managers, switching to the job does not mean you are automatically hired.
  • You cannot customers.
  • You may not kidnap customers.
  • Selling of blacklisted weapons/weapons (i.e- LMG’s explosives, or any weapons that aren’t available by conventional means) is forbidden

Roleplay Guidelines

FearRP (fear roleplay)

  1. You must fear for your life at all times.
  2. You must surrender when held at gunpoint. Running when at gunpoint constitutes a break of FearRP.
  3. Tasers do not enact FearRP.
  4. Fear RP does not always apply in vehicles. (Example 1.) If the vehicle is stationary or moving slow fear RP applies. (Example 2.) If the vehicle is driving down the road at a normal to high rate of speed fear RP does not apply. (this does not mean you can take off while in a vehicle and under fear RP.)
  5. Guns and knives constitute FearRP, however, knives must be kept within stabbing range.
  6. Even if a weapon is not directly aimed at you, you still fall under FearRP.
  7. Within a group of people, if someone points a gun at the group, everyone must follow FearRP. Ex. an officer arrives on scene with a group of three people and draws a weapon, the three cannot run and must surrender.
  8. You may not use/take out any items while under FearRP.
  9. If you have an actual reasonable suspicion that the person will kill you, you may flee. However, you must know that a person can and will kill you if you decide to flee, so you must take appropriate actions to ensure that you will not die to the best of your abilities, for example, if you are a hostage in the bank and you hear the perpetrators discussing that they will kill you if you see an opportunity to escape to safety you may do so
  10. If you break visual contact with the person FearRP is no longer enacted.
  11. FearRP is only able to be enacted within the voice range.
  12. If you are inside a vehicle and moving at a decent speed (>15 mph) you do not have to abide by FearRP.
  13. If you are being held under FearRP and you get harmed, FearRP is broken and you may flee/retaliate as long as it does not constitute FailRP.
  14. RDM (random death match) is not allowed

RDM (random deathmatch)

  1. You must have a legitimate RP reason to kill someone.
  2. See Initiation Rules for more info.

FailRP (fail roleplay)

  1. FailRP is when you commit an act that breaks the roleplay of the current situation in an incorrect way. This can be done so by failing to RP crashes, shooting underwater, etc.)

NLR (new life rule)

  1. Breaking NLR is not tolerated.
  2. Police and law enforcement/government officials have a 2-minute NLR time when responding to calls, while regular players have a 3-minute NLR time.
  3. All players including government officials must wait 5 minutes when returning to defend against a raid.
  4. NLR also includes revenge killing, arresting, etc.
  5. If during a raid or attack, you die and respawn in the same area, you must put your hands up and remain in a corner. You may not reenter RP until your NLR is up.
  6. However, if someone re-enacts RP on you, ex. Shooting you, you may then prematurely re-enter RP.

Bloods, Crips, Outfit, Cult, Rules:

  • Gang wars may only occur every hour, by gang leaders ONLY.
  • Gangs are not KOS to other gangs unless in a gang war.
  • Cultists may make a church and sacrifice a singular person every half an hour.
  • Gangs may not affiliate nor truce with other gangs nor non gang members. (civs, cops, etc.)
  • Abuse of any gang related job will result in a permanent blacklist of said job.

Props and Building Rules:

General Building Rules:

  • You may only base in 1 structure
  • In order to defend/base in a base, your name must be on the front door
  • You may have a maximum of 4 fading doors per base
  • Fading windows do not apply to the maximum count of fading doors.
  • You may NOT no-collide one ways to give you an advantage in shooting (ex: Walking through one ways to shoot and go back)
  • Any use of one way props that loopholes the view only rule is NOT allowed.
  • World Glow/glow color effect is NOT allowed at all
  • You may Honeycomb a door that is not the main entrance, but it can not be double stacked and the player has to be able to stand inside of it.
  • Forcing someone to jump or crouch in any way or is PROHIBITED
  • You may NOT stack props together to prevent/disallow blowtorching your base
  • One way props that allow players to see one way and not the other is allowed for shooting holes and viewing holes.
  • You may not combine one way props with any props that can be shot through as a part of your shooting holes.
  • Example: Having the storefront bars to see their legs and a fence as a shooting hole.
  • Skybasing is forbidden
  • Every fading door must have a corresponding button/keypad visible from and next to the door it operates
  • Maximum of 2 buttons OR keypads per fading door
  • No fake keypads
  • You are NOT allowed to attempt to hide or conceal any keypads or buttons
  • Keypads must have a hold length of 5 seconds for fading doors
  • Keypads may not have initial delay
  • All bases must be supported from the ground to the bottom of the base and attached to a building that is grounded.
  • You may only build in your base
  • When purchasing the entirety of a hotel/apartment, you must own all the doors, and have entities in that building.
  • Fading-door abuse is prohibited
  • Abusing the use of your fading door bind to open and close a fading door during a raid, or in an RP situation.
  • You are not allowed to build during an active raid on your base, you must wait for the raid to be called over.
  • ONLY bankers and those authorised may build inside the bank area.
  • All bases are allowed as long as they are supported by a pre-existing building or a large structural support prop.
  • If all doors of a base are unowned but there is an obvious base built with printers you cannot ask for the base to be removed and for you to take over it.
  • No invisible Props at all.*
  • You may not block of any NPC’s. (mining ores and meth drop-offs are considered NPCs)
  • You’re allowed to make cosmetic changes to your building outside of your structure as an attraction to merchant bases.
  • Merchants can have small shacks (Up to 1 shelf) on the sidewalk.
  • Sheriff/Swat Chief can build checkpoints leaving city and at PD. Sheriff/Swat Chief/President are the only ones allowed to build on the second floor in PD and not on the main floor

Hitman Rules:

  • Upon a person buying a hit on someone you must advert “Hit Accepted”.
  • Hitmen do not have to initiate at ALL. However they must make sure not to metagame
  • Upon a successful hit, you must advert “Hit Complete”.
  • Hitmen can also do odd jobs as well, such as transporting illegals to a dropoff, or distracting the police.
